includes the following support package:

- Free over-the-phone end-user assistance
- Technical support (response times vary by issue severity)

Basic Support includes access to the current version of the product and upgrade pricing at 50% off. VeraLab Inc. will provide two hours of free phone- or email installation and maintenance support.
Extended Support includes free upgrades for the duration of your annual service agreement (20% of license price per year). Also includes priority bug fixes, unlimited installation support, and up to 4 hours per year of dedicated maintenance support.
